Initial Assessment

Service Description

Your first appointment gives us a chance to get to know you and your dog, their likes/dislikes and an opportunity to find out about their daily lives. From this information, we can formulate an effective treatment plan and then move into the pool room for their first session in the pool. We aim to make this first experience a positive one for you and your dog, so we'll go at your dog's pace and, as you're your dog's main motivator, your involvement from the poolside is absolutely essential. Don't worry, you don't have to get in the pool!
