Covid-19 Guidance
Preparing for your visit

If you, or if you have been in contact with someone who has any of the coronavirus symptoms please let us know so that we can rearrange your appointment.

We ask that only one person accompanies your dog for each appointment. Please call to discuss any issues you may have, which requires additional support eg. mobility issues etc. and we will do everything we can to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Please bring your own face covering and ensure that your dog has been acclimatised to this prior to your appointment.
Please bring your own pet towels x 2 or x 3 for hydrotherapy and land-based therapy.

Please bring your own poo bags.

Arriving at the centre for your appointment
Please ring the doorbell and wait 2 metres away from the entrance (end of the doormat.)

Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival and exit (on the fence.)
Please use the shoe coverings prior to entering the building. (on the fence.)
On arrival, we will advise you where to go during the session to allow for 2-metre distancing.

On arrival, you will be advised on where to position yourself within the clinic and pool setting.
In addition to our normal sanitisation process between client appointments, hard surfaces will be disinfected to include door handles, chairs, toilet area and payment machine. Client's leads, collars and harnesses will also be sanitised on removal.
Due to the additional sanitisation between client appointments and to ensure social distancing between other clients, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Due to the nature of our job, a face covering may be worn outside of the pool area where social distancing may be compromised.
We are currently unable to take cash payments and request that payment is made by BACS prior to or directly after your session. Please call or send us a message for details. Alternatively, you can pay contactless on our card machine.
